Lesson length and frequency

Profound change may happen in one lesson. The skill of Alexandrian thinking, however, is like learning any new skill and takes time to master.

It is generally considered that 10 lessons give students a practical understanding of the principles, and 30 gives the student a strong independence and ability to manage conditions by consistently applying the principles in activity.

Sessions are weekly for 45 or 60 minutes. Your teacher may consider other special arrangements.

How long will the effects last?

The technique is designed to teach a skill students can apply themselves during activity. As students continue to use what they have learnt, the benefits accrued in the lesson will be sustained. A series of lessons builds a skill that can be used and developed indefinitely.
